Who we are

Linkt AI (“Linkt”, “we”, “us”) is an AI deployment company based in Austin, Texas, at 4404 E Oltorf St, Apt 13305, Austin, TX 78741, USA. Linkt is the data controller for the information described here.

This policy covers two things: what we collect when you visit linkt.ai, and what we hold about business contacts we approach directly by email or phone. If you reached this page from a link in an email from us, the section on outbound sales contacts is the one written for you.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our “Book a Call” form we collect your name, business email, phone number (optional), job title, company, country, and anything you write about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the page that referred you. We use RB2B, a visitor-identification service, which matches visitor IP addresses against public business databases to tell us the company a visit likely came from, along with firmographic details such as company name, industry, and size. RB2B identifies companies and, for US-based visitors, may identify individual business profiles.

We use browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to remember your privacy choices and, for the duration of your visit, the page that referred you. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and set up the call you requested; to understand which companies are interested in Linkt so we can prioritize outreach; to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it; and to protect the site from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Outbound sales contacts

If we emailed or called you without you contacting us first, we hold your information because we identified you as a decision-maker at a company we build for. We did not get it from you, so this section explains where it came from and what you can do about it.

What we hold. Your name, business email address, job title, employer, the employer's website and industry, your city or metropolitan area and country, and your public professional-network profile URL. Business contact details only, we do not hold home addresses, personal email accounts we know to be personal, or any special-category data.

Where it came from. From CoreSignal, a business-data provider that compiles public professional and company information. Some records are additionally checked by FullEnrich (contact details) and Bouncer (confirming an email address is deliverable, so we do not send to dead mailboxes). We do not buy consumer data and we do not scrape private accounts.

Why we hold it, and our lawful basis. To offer AI implementation services to businesses that fit what we do. For anyone in the UK or EU, our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK/EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): our interest in reaching potential business customers, weighed against the limited intrusion of a business email to a work address about a work matter, which you can stop at any time. If you want our balancing assessment, ask and we will send it.

How long. Until you tell us to stop, or until the record has been inactive for 24 months, whichever comes first. Suppression records, the fact that you asked us not to contact you, are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we do not contact you again.

Stopping us. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us, or write to austin@linkt.ai. We remove you from every list and every channel, email, phone, and professional-network outreach, and we do not need a reason. This is an absolute right for direct marketing (UK/EU GDPR Art. 21(2)-(3)); we do not weigh it against anything.

Your other rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive a copy, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email austin@linkt.ai or info@linkt.ai and we will respond inside one month. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivers your form submission to us by email), Attio (our customer relationship system, where form submissions are stored so we can follow up), and RB2B (visitor identification, as described above). When our advertising campaigns are active we may also use ad-platform measurement tags, such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which set cookies to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences; you can opt out through Your privacy choices in the footer or through the ad platform's own settings. Each receives only the data needed to perform its service and processes it on our behalf. These providers are based in the United States; if you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

For outbound contact we additionally use CoreSignal (business-data provider), FullEnrich (contact enrichment), Bouncer (email deliverability checking), Instantly (email sending), and JustCall (telephony), alongside Attio as our customer relationship system. Each receives only the data needed to perform its service and processes it on our behalf, and each is based in the United States.

Retention

Form submissions are retained in our email and business systems for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business relationship. Visitor-identification data is retained according to RB2B's retention practices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights).

Your rights and choices

Opt out of visitor identification. Use the “Your privacy choices” control in the footer of any page to opt out of RB2B visitor identification on this browser. Your choice is stored locally and re-applied on every visit.

Access, correction, deletion. Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and Texas under the TDPSA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@linkt.ai, we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Object to direct marketing. If we contact you for sales, you can tell us to stop at any time and we will, without asking why. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email or write to austin@linkt.ai. See “Outbound sales contacts” above for the full detail.

If you are in the EU/UK, our lawful basis for processing your form submission is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract; for site analytics, our legitimate interest in understanding interest in our services; and for outbound sales contact, legitimate interests as described above. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit (TLS) and limit access to the information you submit to the people who need it to respond to you.
