Can we use AI on ITAR or export-controlled data?
Yes, provided the AI never leaves your boundary. Linkt deploys inside your VPC or on-premise, so ITAR/EAR technical data stays within your controlled environment, subject to your access rules. Your workloads avoid shared infrastructure entirely, and your data never trains an outside model.
Does our data train your models, or anyone else's?
No. Your process data, documents, prompts, and outputs are never used to train Linkt's models or any third party's. The commitment is written into our agreements, and the architecture enforces it, because your workflows run inside your environment and your data stays there.
What does CMMC 2.0 mean for AI tools in our plant?
If you handle CUI on defense work, any AI that touches that data falls inside your CMMC assessment scope.
