Intelligence across every lease, deal, and asset.

Linkt turns the documents behind your portfolio into structured data inside Yardi, MRI, or your own model, with every field traced to the page it came from.

The gauntlet

Numbers your auditor, your lender, and your LPs can trace.

Abstracted lease data ends up in investor reporting and lease accounting. If a number cannot be traced back to the document, it is worse than not having it.

Every field cites its page

Abstraction output links to the document and page it came from, so a disputed escalation or option date is settled by clicking, not by re-reading the lease.

Tenant and applicant data stays yours

Leases and applications carry PII. Processing happens inside your environment, under your retention rules, and never trains an outside model.

Read-only until a human says otherwise

We integrate with your system of record read-only by default. Writes back are gated behind approval and logged, so the rent roll cannot drift under you.

Use cases

Where Linkt goes to work in real estate.

The document work between a signed lease and a number somebody reports.

Lease abstraction into your system of record

Dates, options, escalations, recovery terms, and co-tenancy pulled into Yardi or MRI, each field traced to its page for review.

CAM reconciliation

Read the lease's recovery language against the year's expenses, produce the reconciliation, and flag the charges a tenant will dispute before they do.

Underwriting and OM analysis

Rebuild the rent roll from the offering memorandum and stress it against your own assumptions in Argus, instead of trusting the broker's summary.

Draw requests and construction docs

Check draw packages against the schedule of values and flag what is missing before it reaches the lender.

Portfolio and investor reporting

Roll expirations, exposure, and performance into the reporting package, with every figure traceable to the underlying document.

How we deploy it

Around the systems the portfolio already runs on.

Live in weeks

Forward-deployed into Yardi, MRI, VTS, or Procore, not a replacement platform you migrate onto.

Your data stays yours

Lease and tenant data never becomes someone else's training set.

Auditable by construction

Every extracted field keeps its citation, which is what an auditor asks for and what a spreadsheet cannot give them.

FAQ

Straight answers for your reviewers.

Can it write into Yardi or MRI, or only read?
Read-only by default. Writes back to the system of record are available but gated behind human approval and logged on both sides, because an unattended agent editing a rent roll is a reconciliation problem nobody wants.
How do we trust an abstracted field?
You do not have to. Every field carries a citation to the document and page, and the review view puts the extraction beside the source text. Verification takes seconds; the alternative is reading the lease again.
Where does tenant PII live?
Inside your environment. Leases, applications, and resident records are processed in your VPC or on-premise, under your retention schedule, and never leave to train a model.
