Last updated: August 25, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of linkt.ai (the “Site”), operated by Linkt AI (“Linkt”, “we”, “us”), an AI deployment company based in Austin, Texas. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site only. Any services Linkt provides to a client are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, not by these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes connected with learning about and contacting Linkt. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation; probe, scan, or test its security other than through a disclosure to info@linkt.ai; scrape it at volumes that burden it; misrepresent who you are in a form submission; or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful or malicious.

Content and intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, guides, reports, and videos, are owned by Linkt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site and to download materials we offer for download, for your internal business evaluation. You may not resell, republish, or pass off Site content as your own.

“Linkt” and the Linkt logo are trademarks of Linkt AI. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Form submissions and gated content

When you submit a form or provide an email address to access gated material, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to give, and you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry and related Linkt services. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email or by writing to info@linkt.ai. How we handle the information itself is described in the Privacy Policy.

No professional advice

Content on the Site, including material on compliance frameworks, security, legal review, and return-on-investment modeling, is general information, not legal, financial, compliance, or other professional advice. Figures in our modeled analyses are estimates built on stated assumptions. Confirm anything that matters to your situation with your own advisors before acting on it.

Client engagements

Descriptions of our services, process, timelines, and outcomes on the Site are informational and do not constitute an offer or a service commitment. Any engagement is governed exclusively by the master services agreement, statement of work, or other written contract signed for it, and if those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed documents control for that engagement.

Third-party sites and services

The Site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party services, such as a scheduling calendar. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. To the same extent, Linkt's total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Linkt harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves; the date below reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Questions: info@linkt.ai.
