Linkt deploys AI across documentation, authorization, intake, and revenue workflows, designed for PHI handling and the realities of clinical operations.

The gauntlet

Deployed for PHI, and honest about certification.

Healthcare AI clears review when the PHI path is short and provable. Linkt workflows run inside your infrastructure, and where a compliance obligation sits with a vendor, we deploy alongside a HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant partner rather than claim the certification ourselves.

Compliance

HIPAA-aligned by design: minimum-necessary access, a complete audit log of every PHI touch, and business associate agreements in place wherever a vendor obligation exists.

Legal

PHI and clinical content never train an outside model. Terms are written for hospital counsel: data ownership, breach duties, and BAA language your existing playbook already recognizes.

Security

Runs inside your infrastructure with least-privilege access and encryption end to end. Your security team reviews the architecture and the PHI data-flow map, not a marketing page.

Use cases

Take the administrative weight off clinical teams so their time goes back to patients.

Clinical documentation

Draft notes and summaries from encounters so clinicians spend time with patients, not keyboards.

Prior authorization

Assemble and submit auth requests with the right evidence, and track them to resolution.

Patient intake & triage

Capture intake, classify urgency, and route patients to the right care pathway.

Revenue cycle & claims

Code, scrub, and follow up on claims to cut denials and accelerate reimbursement.

Records summarization

Condense long charts into the relevant history at the point of care.

Care coordination

Draft outreach and keep follow-ups, referrals, and tasks moving across the team.

Built for healthcare

Designed for PHI from the start.

PHI stays in your environment

Workflows run inside your infrastructure, so PHI never lands on ours. Where a compliance obligation sits with a vendor, we deploy alongside a HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant partner rather than claim the certification ourselves.

Source-grounded

Outputs trace to the chart, so clinicians can verify at a glance.

Clinician in control

Every draft is reviewed and approved before it enters the record.

FAQ

Straight answers for your reviewers.

Is Linkt HIPAA certified?
No one is: HIPAA has no official certification, and vendors who claim one are waving a flag your compliance team should notice. What matters is the architecture and the paper. Linkt workflows run inside your infrastructure so PHI stays with you, BAAs are signed wherever a vendor obligation exists, and where an obligation sits with a platform we deploy alongside a HIPAA or SOC 2 compliant partner.
Where does PHI live, and who can see it?
PHI stays inside your infrastructure, under your identity systems and your minimum-necessary access rules. Every access by a workflow is logged and attributable, so a privacy officer can answer who touched what without a forensic project.
Do clinicians have to trust AI notes blindly?
No, and they should not. Every draft note, summary, and letter is grounded in the chart with its sources visible, and a clinician reviews and approves before anything enters the record. The AI gives time back; the clinician keeps the authority.
Does patient data train your models?
No. PHI, clinical documentation, prompts, and outputs never train Linkt's models or anyone else's. The workflows run inside your environment and the data stays there.
How does this fit with our EHR and existing systems?
Linkt integrates with the EHR and the systems around it rather than replacing them: documentation lands where clinicians already work, authorization requests carry evidence from the chart, and revenue workflows read and write your existing billing systems. Forward-deployed engineers do the integration, live in weeks.
