The Linkt Sovereign Intelligence Report

Your systems hold more than anyone can currently reach. In weeks, we map where that knowledge sits, rank it by what reaching it is worth, and hand you a plan for what to build first. You keep all of it, whether or not you build with us.

30 minutes. No deck and no obligation.

Most companies buy AI backwards.

They pick a tool, then go hunting for a problem it might solve. The pilot demos well, the invoice arrives, and six months later nobody can say what changed. The waste was never in the tool. It was in choosing the target blind.

This report reverses the order. First the map, then the math, then the build. By the time anything gets built, you already know what it fixes and what that fix is worth.

The Ontology

A working map of the org you choose (finance, ops, sales, the plant, or the whole enterprise): every system, data source, workflow, and the tribal knowledge that runs the place off the books.

The Value Ledger

Everything your systems already know but nobody can get to, ranked by what reaching it is worth: answers buried in documents, decisions waiting on information that already exists, work done twice because the first version was unfindable.

The Build Plan

Exactly what AI should fix first, in order of payback, with the compliance, legal, and security questions answered before your reviewers ask them.

The Working Session

We present all of it live to your team and argue the numbers. Then the artifacts are yours to keep, whoever you build with.

1

Embed and map

Our engineers sit with your team and build the ontology of the operation.

2

Analyze and rank

We run the data, surface what is locked inside it, and price what reaching each one is worth.

3

Present and decide

You get the map, the value ledger, and the build plan in one working session.

The straight deal.

  • Fixed scope, fixed quote. You know the number and the timeline before anything starts.
  • You keep the artifacts. The ontology, the value ledger, and the build plan are yours regardless of what you decide.
  • No lock-in. The plan is written so any competent team can execute it. We intend to earn the build on the strength of the findings.
  • Limited slots. These reports are written by the same forward-deployed engineers who build, so we take on a small number at a time.
FAQ

Asked before every report.

What does the report cost?
It depends on the size of the org we map, so we scope it on the first call and quote a fixed number before anything starts. No surprises and no meter running.
How long does it take?
Weeks, scoped to the org you pick. A single function moves faster than a whole enterprise. You get a firm timeline with the quote.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to the systems in scope, under NDA, inside your boundary. Your data stays in your environment and never trains any model. It works the same way as our deployments, because it runs on the same infrastructure.
What if we decide not to build with you?
You keep everything: the ontology, the value ledger, and the build plan. Take it to any vendor, or run it with your own team. We win enough of these on the strength of the plan that we can afford to hand you the map either way.
Is this a sales pitch dressed up as analysis?
It ends in a recommendation you can execute without us, which is the honest test. The findings come from your data, the ranking comes from arithmetic, and the working session shows the work.

Your operation already knows more than it can reach. Let's go get it.

One 30-minute call: we scope the org, quote the number, and set the timeline.
